We’ve made it our mission to make a dent in the millions of plastic bottles that consumers use daily by commercializing the Restore Refill Station for our cleaning products and eventually for all liquid products. QUESTIONS ABOUT THE RESTORE REFILL STATION:

How does the refill station work?
Open the door by lifting it straight up. Place one of your empty bottles from our five refillable products into the dispenser. The Refill Station is able to refill five of our most popular products:

64 oz. Laundry Detergent
25 oz. and 64 oz. Dish Detergent
32 oz. Dishwasher Gel Concentrate
32 oz. and 64 oz. Gentle Soap
22 oz. All Surface Cleaner

The machine will read the barcode on the bottle and fill it with the correct product and amount. The machine will automatically dispense a money-saving coupon. Remove your full bottle, replace the cap and take your $1.00 off coupon to the register. It’s that easy.

Can I bring in my own bottle?
No, for safety and legal reasons, the only bottle that can be refilled is a Restore bottle with the Restore Product label on it. Poison control requires that certain information be available on a label if the product is not food.

Are any of these products hazardous?
Restore Products uses no known OSHA listed hazardous ingredients.

Can the door be opened while the machine is filling?
No, the door will lock while the machine is filling.

What if my bottle has some product left in the bottom before I refill it?
The machine will only fill to the top of the bottle. If you have some product left in the bottle, you will not receive the full amount.

Is the red light inside the machine a laser?
No, the red beam of light is a high intensity light, and will not harm your eyes.

When can I redeem the coupon?
Restore Refill Stations come equipped with printers (like you might find in cash registers) that will allow us to print a $1.00-off coupon that is instantly redeemable upon purchase of that bottle.
